A leading property consultancy, which deals with all aspects of property advice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a surveyor, or senior surveyor level valuation surveyor to join a valuation team based in Bristol.
We are seeking a candidate who is ideally 2/3 year’s post qualified to join this awarding winning firm. You will have experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work. This position will involve valuing a variety of commercial properties: office, industrial, retail, leisure as well as trading assets and residential development. The ideal candidate will already be an established surveyor working for a competing firm, however candidates with a desire to work within valuation will be considered with the relevant existing qualifications.
The mix of clients include banks, investors/developers and corporates/high net worth individuals. We invite applications from ambitious candidates to share in the success of a dynamic firm of chartered surveyors based in Bristol. On offer is salary range of between £30,000 – £40,000 + excellent benefits and bonus.
