Beach Baker is assisting this leading private practice firm to attract a talented and enthusiastic property / asset manager to join its vibrant London team.

My client understands that candidates from small and medium sized firms are often exposed to a broader range of responsibilities with direct client interaction, and they would therefore be particularly interested in hearing from candidates who would like to move onto a larger platform where they are able to work with more prestigious clients and amongst a larger team of a multi-disciplinary firm.

This firm is keen to ensure that candidates are rewarded with the right remuneration for the job and not just ‘an increase on current salary’ and this position could offer individuals not only an exciting and interesting career opportunity but also the route to achieving salary parity in the market.

The role will be a blend of both property and some asset management and you will work with large, well established commercial clients. Being based within a leading London firm the assets will include portfolios for leading landlords and across of range of assets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious office, handling property and asset management matters for leading client portfolios. Therefore candidates must have experience within a property management role within the commercial sector; have excellent IT and systems skills; be strong communicators; professional and presentable.
