A leading property consultancy have exclusively instructed Beach Baker to recruit a motivated Leisure Agent, ideally at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level. Working within a multi-disciplinary office the successful candidate will take on Leisure Agency instructions for the South West and South Wales patch from an office base in Bristol. A supportive team of experience fee earners who also work within the leisure sector will provide additional service lines in consultancy, valuation and lease advisory.
You will be exposed to excellent variety of clients including many major corporate leisure property owners and operators, property funds and institutions through to emerging concepts and private individuals. The instructions will offer the successful candidate exposure to property sales, lettings, acquisitions and operator search and selection. This will include involvement from the inception of the instruction through to completion.
Some commercial property agency experience is essential, however previous experience and involvement in leisure property is not required as sector training will be provided. The successful candidate must be personable, highly motivated, keen to provide a high quality of professional and client service, able to demonstrate initiative to work well independently and within a team. Ideally also be a member of the RICS or working towards the qualification with a property related degree.
