Surveyor or Senior Surveyor – Residential Valuation – Leeds

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Residential Valuation Surveyor, on behalf of real estate firm and their Leeds office.

The role will involve the valuation of residential land, high value residential investments and portfolios for a range of purposes. These will be on behalf of lending institutions, national funds and private property companies throughout the Yorkshire region. Assisting on expert witness cases can also be part of the role, depending on experience.

Working as part of a wider residential team, there will also be an opportunity to get involved in some transactional work, along with the appraising and valuing of potential development sites.

It is anticipated the post holder will be MRICS and have proven, demonstrable experience within Residential Valuations on a range of property types, with excellent numeracy skills.
