Working within a team of 10 in one of the regions leading surveying consultancies, you will specialise in service charge work for 55 assets mainly in the commercial office space.
This organisation is currently going through a period of re-organisation and re-structuring, preparing for significant growth. As such, this role could provide a springboard for a service charge specialist looking to grow and develop in the coming years into a more rounded property management expert.
The role will report into the Head of Property and be highly autonomous. The organisation has been in existence for over 10 years and has been built on quality, whether that be their dedication to the local area of the organisations of which the Executive team have come from.
