Senior Valuation Surveyor – Bristol

An international and leading property consultancy, which deals with all aspects of property advice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a surveyor or senior surveyor commercial valuation surveyor for their expanding team based in Bristol.

We are seeking a candidate who is newly qualified up to 4 year’s post qualified experience to join this team. You will preferably have experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work. This position will involve a mix of loan security/ investment valuation with perhaps some portfolio valuation for a variety of commercial properties as well as some residential development opportunities. The ideal candidate will already be a confident surveyor working for a competing firm. Candidates looking to relocate to Bristol will be strongly considered especially if they have suitable experience and exposure to similar high level clients.
