Senior Surveyor/Associate Director – Property Management

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit for a leading practice, on behalf of their Birmingham office.

Based within their Management team this represents a good opportunity for a Senior Surveyor, up to Associate Director, level to manage a Grade A portfolio, made up of trophy assets, including; Industrial sheds and Offices, with limited Retail. Much of the work will be on behalf of Investor clients, as well as a small basket of local clients. You will be expected to manage each asset effectively, dealing with day to day management issues, providing a first class Property Management service.

You will be expected to have your MRICS qualification, with at least 1 year PQE, managing commercial assets.
