Senior Surveyor – Retail Property Management

Looking to step up to a senior property manager role? Want to work for one of the largest property consultancies in the UK?

Beach Baker are delighted to be sourcing a Senior Retail Property Manager on behalf of a leading independent commercial property consultancy in their Bristol office. They manage a large proportion of the UK’s commercial assets, with a total value in the billions.

The role will involve usual property manager duties on retail assets across the South West and Wales, but you will be required to lead the relationship with the fund and tenants.

You will be preferably be MRICS with a few years PQE, but non-qualified individuals will be considered if you have exceptional experience.

On offer is a salary between £35,000 – £40,000 + Car + Bonus + Benefits, dependant on experience.
