SENIOR SURVEYOR : CORPORATE SERVICES LONDON
c£45K plus car allowance of £4,000 plus Bonus plus Full Benefits Package
Beach Baker is working with a leading private practice to recruit a senior surveyor within its Global Corporate Services function where you will work with a key client who has an active and large portfolio.
Being the main point of contact for the client, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage and take responsibility for the client’s portfolio disposals programme.
Assets are a mix of leasehold and freehold sites.
You will work closely with the internal commercial agency and other teams and be confident delivering information and discussing your client’s key portfolio objectives.
Candidates will be MRICS and have the ability to provide profitable transactional and consultancy advice.
