COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER – SENIOR SURVEYOR MANCHESTER
c£40,000 basic salary plus car allowance plus bonus plus full benefits package
Beach Baker is pleased to continue to work with a leading private practice consultancy which is looking to recruit a commercial property manager at Senior Surveyor level into its friendly team in central Manchester. With offices across the UK and Europe, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly-recognised firm which boasts a raft of leading clients, which include property companies and institutional funds.
You will work with a number of key clients, with whom you will have regular contact. You will undertake the full range of property management responsibilities as you would expect and this will include:-
You will have excellent communication skills in order to have direct client contact and prepare client reports.
Other responsibilities will include:-
- Preparing client reports
- Reporting to clients on Responsible Property Investment Initiatives, Sustainability and CRC
- Managing rental income
- Rent review and lease renewals
- Consents to assign, sub-let and alter
- Property inspections
- Service charge management, including preparation and reconciliation
- Liaising with external agents and solicitors
My client is looking to attract and experienced property manager, with excellent communication skills and a key eye for detail.
My client is ideally seeking an MRICS surveyor but will consider candidates who are not qualified but work in a similar position
