Beach Baker is pleased to be continuing to work closely with this leading, international private practice to attract an experienced high street retail lease advisory senior surveyor / associate director to join its large and flourishing retail team – based from its modern and bright offices in the West End and very close to commuter links.

The role will be to provide lease advisory professional advice to a range of corporate clients and leading high street occupiers on a variety of landlord and tenant matters, to include rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring, etc.

You will get to work with leading retail names with locations on some of the most prestigious high street locations. This is a large and talented team and you will truly be working for one of the best providers of lease advisory guidance in the property market.

As you would expect, your responsibilities will handle a range of matters including:-

• Reading and summarising leases
• Comparable evidence
• Lease renewal and rent reviews
• Negotiation with landlords
• Heads of Terms

Candidates will be MRICS with experience within landlord and tenant and ideally retail but other assets classes will be considered. You will have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player with excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a good team environment.
