£40,000 – £52,000 basic plus car allowance plus bonus
Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this leading private practice to recruit at both Senior Surveyor and Associate Level within its Estate Management team.
Having been awarded a number of new mandates, this leading general practice firm seeks additional team members to work within the wider portfolio services division of this global organisation.
You will handle a range of matters on a daily basis, which will include the broad scope of activities of Estate Management for corporate occupiers.
This will include liaising directly with clients with regards to landlord/tenant matters and client reporting.
Candidates will have strong attention to detail and accuracy with strong database management skills.
You will deal with a range on internal and external contacts, including facilities management, solicitors tenants and landlords – in addition to external valuations and other third parties.
You will be competent undertaking property inspections and handling consent for alterations, change of use, etc.
This is only a small part of the wide range of responsibilities required in this varied and interesting role and we welcome applications from candidates who are already competent in a similar role; are MRICS or have a proven track record in a similar position; is proactive and efficient.
Your thorough nature and strong organisational skills will enable you to handle the many tasks within the role and maintain relevant files and systems relating to the client’s portfolio and therefore candidates will have strong excel skills.
