A well-established independent consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to actively recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager within their busy office.
The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. You will be providing a full range of quantity surveying and project management services to clients mainly in the private sector. Essentially, this individual will be responsible for a new business stream in the office by starting a quantity surveying department servicing existing clients in the South West and growing the department over time.
The ideal candidate will be an established quantity surveyor with at least two years post qualification experience although non-chartered candidates will be considered. Ideally you will already be working for a competing firm in the local area and can bring business with you or have the contacts to develop future fee income.
