Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employer’s Agent

Beach Baker are really pleased to be partnering with a very successful consultancy to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Employer’s Agent experience to work across varied sectors on high value, high kudos projects.

With a strong pipeline of projects in the Industrial, Office, Leisure and Residential Sectors (as well as retail and mixed use), our client has seen year on year growth. With project values varying from medium sized to over £150m, they are client led over sector led, meaning you will be more likely to gain experience of different sectors but still have the opportunity to become more specialist if that’s what you want. Passion to make a difference aligned to ability is what sets you apart in this client facing role.

You should be a rounded QS with Employer’s Agent and Project Management experience, preferably be MRICS (though it’s not essential) and enjoy working as part of a social team with a can do attitude. Structured support where needed and appraisals that recognise top performance are just some of the benefits that joining this consultancy will provide.
