My client is seeking to attract an experienced senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant to join and manage a busy and successful quantity surveying/cost consultancy team.

Working as part of a large and multi-disciplinary practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and liaise with other leading and successful internal departments, including project management, architecture and engineering professionals.

Candidates will undertake a range of activities, including costing and advising on alternative proposals; working with architects and engineers with regards to cost implications; preparing tenders; managing project costs; through to project delivery.

This is therefore an interesting and varied role where you will work on many large projects for a range of clients from different sectors.

Candidates will RICS qualified and be able to exhibit solid experience of delivering varied and large projects and ideally have managed a team – but this is not essential for the right candidate who is looking to take the next step in their career.
