A highly successful property consultancy which deals with all aspects of property advice has instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Surveyor level candidate within the Property and Asset Management team. We are seeking ideally a chartered surveyor who has at least 2 years relevant property management experience.
The positions will involve working with landlord clients across a variety of property sectors but mainly concentrating on retail properties. You will join a good sized team based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience of investment portfolio management, or estate management or corporate real estate at a similar property consultancy and have the ability to work well as part of a team and be able to identify business development opportunities.
