One of the most renowned and well known Property Consultancies based in the North East is currently looking for a talented Senior Planner to be a part of their established team.
To take advantage of this role you must be fully MRTPI qualified with experience managing large projects. Ideally you will have come from a consultancy background or similar development management background working on major residential and mixed use schemes. Those at the greatest advantage for this position will have a focus on the more quantitative elements of planning including 5 year land supply calculation and the promotion of sites through the LDF.
Due to the nature of this role the highest written and verbal communication will be required as well as knowledge of local planning policies. As you will be speaking with clients you must also be able to present your recommendations on their behalf in a clear and concise manner.
