Senior Planner/Associate (London)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior or Associate level Town Planner to join an expanding Planning Consultancy in London. This firm are a pure planning consultancy with a national network of offices across the UK. They have a strong reputation across the country and have an enviable client base with which you will be working with.

The London office cover the full spectrum of planning consultancy work and are looking for an MRTPI qualified planner to work on a mix of residential, mixed-use, commercial and retail schemes. Therefore, we are very much looking for a ‘generalist’ in terms of project experience. We are looking for a strong Senior Planner or a Principal/Associate Planner who are keen to work for a forward thinking, progressive organisation. Ideally candidates will be coming from a consultancy environment where they are used to acting on behalf of a wide range of clients and can competently manage small – medium scale projects as well as assisting on large scale schemes. Candidates should be confident in client facing situations and enjoy building new client relationships as well as maintaining existing ones.

Additional essential skills include; strong written ability, good communication skills, a confident presenter, a good team player with the ability to also work independently, good project management experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well to deadlines. Knowledge of the London/South East market is also advantageous but not essential.
