Senior Planner – Newcastle

One of the UK’s leading property consultancies has recently instructed Beach Baker in their search for a Senior Planner to join their team in Newcastle.

To be successful in your application you will need to be MRTPI qualified with several years of post-qualification experience. Ideally you will have attained this within a private consultancy, although we will consider you if you are from a local authority, or developer background at a similar level, as long as you have a commercial mind-set to bring to the role.

You will have a great opportunity to work across a wide variety of applications with a focus on residential and mixed-use developments, so experience in these areas would benefit your application to the role. As part of an established team you will be working closely with senior members of staff in meeting the needs of their clients providing them with comprehensive planning advice and being a main point of contact.

With a culture of internal promotion, you will have opportunities to grow and develop with many of the current associates and directors having originally starting off as senior planners within the organisation.
