Senior Planner – Newcastle

One of the UK’s leading property consultancies are on the hunt for a talented Senior Planner to join their team in Newcastle.

We are looking for candidates who are fully chartered MRTPI with about 4-5 years of experience under their belt. Ideal you will have come from a commercial consultancy background although if you have a development control background you will also be considered for a role. You will be working across a number of projects including Residential, Mixed-Use and Commercial developments providing clients comprehensive planning advice.

It will also be advantageous for your application, that you are located and have experience working in North East and have a keen understanding of the planning policies. Your communication, negotiation and report writing skills will also be of the highest calibre in order to meet the expectations of their exclusive client base.
