Senior Planner (Bristol)

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner (or strong Planner) to join an expanding multi-disciplinary consultancy in Bristol. This company have an excellent reputation across the country and are an established name within the planning world. There is a good sized team in the Bristol office which offers parking and a modern open-plan layout.

The team continue to be busy and have an opening working on small – large scale residential/mixed-use schemes as well as telecommunication schemes. This firm are great with progression and encourage client contact, in addition to this your responsibilities will include; preparing and submitting planning applications, feasibility studies, public consultation, planning appeals and site visits.

We are seeking candidates with their MRTPI ideally operating at Planner or Senior Planner level within a similar environment. Consultancy experience is preferred but public sector and developer experience will also be considered. You should have a good grounding in development management with project experience in residential and telecoms is possible. In addition to this we are looking for a good communicator, strong report writer, good presentation skills and a team player.
