Senior Planner (Birmingham)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a chartered Senior Planner to join one of the UK’s leading planning consultancies to be based in their Birmingham office.

We are looking for MRTPI qualified candidates with Midlands based consultancy experience, operating at either Senior Planner level or possibly a strong Planner looking for a step up. There is fantastic support available and a progressive environment to ensure you are personally developing and having great client exposure.

This role offers the opportunity to be working with an established client base across the Midlands region including large, high profile developers and organisations. The project work will be varied as the team cover residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail, and office work including large scale projects. The work is development management led but a good understanding of local, regional and national policy is required. For this role, we are ideally seeking a ‘generalist’ in terms of project experience but would also consider a specialist in one of these areas if you are keen to expand your repertoire.

Candidates will be client facing, have excellent time management and project management skills with strong attention to detail and report writing ability.
