The firm have a dedicated team acting on behalf each client, providing independent advice in respect of their estate and requirements of the owner(s). You’ll be joining a practice who tailor their services to each client and can offer a fantastic working environment, with clear career progression.

The role is for that of a Senior Land Agent or Director to provide estate management advice, adapting to each client’s requirements and requirements of their estate both in the short and long term. You will also have the autonomy to offer other services which suit your experience, in terms of; Sales and Purchases, L&T consultancy, Valuation and/or Lettings. You’ll manage your own dedicated team, whilst developing business and working closely with other members of the firm.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will be MRICS with demonstrable experience of Rural Estate Management and managing a varied client base.

On offer is a remuneration package commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
