Senior Facilities Manager

Beach Baker’s Facilities team is excited to be working with a UK Real Estate consultancy in their search for a Senior Facilities Manager. This role is a senior and strategic role offering a ‘trouble shooting’ consultancy service internally. You will work with the operations teams across the extensive investment property portfolio, providing them with advice and guidance on various projects. You will be working on procurement projects, technical upgrades/refurbs projects and have an important input to the service charge budget preparation.

This is a varied and exciting role with a focus on project management. The successful candidate must have a technical background, ideally engineering qualified with a proven background in delivery projects within in tight deadlines and within budget. We are looking for a personable character with the ability to adapt their communication style as needed. The successful candidate must have previous experience of working within the managing agent environment and have strong service charge budget management experience.
