Senior Facilities Manager

Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a privately-owned property consultancy in their search for a Senior Facilities Manager. This newly created role will be based in the heart of London and covers a portfolio of commercial, multi-let properties. You will be responsible for a small team of Building Managers and will work alongside two of the management surveyors in delivering a full Facilities Management service to the occupiers.

Due to expansion, my client is seeking an experienced, multi-site, Facilities professional with a proven background in managing communal areas, hard and soft service contracts, statutory compliance and preparing service charge budgets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business to drive and lead its Facilities Management offering.
