Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by a leading and long-established institution in Bristol who is looking to recruit an in-house Senior Project Manager.
You will be working within an established Capital Projects team delivering key strategic building projects and programmes within the capital portfolio, many of which are on listed and historic buildings. In particular, you will be working on a new flagship development project which is going to be one of the biggest and exciting schemes in the region.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing major construction building projects, from inception to completion. You will also have a building related degree (Surveying/Engineering/Architecture) and ideally an active professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA).
This is a fixed term contract position for 6 to 9 months’ however it is possible this will be extended or become permanent.
