Job Title: Senior Employer’s Agent/Project Manager

Location: London (South East)

Salary: £50,000 – ­­£60,000 (dependent on experience).

Our client, a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy, is looking for a Senior Employer’s Agent to join one of their offices in South East London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that have become a major integrated architectural, property and construction consultancy delivering a focused service to clients across the UK.

Established over 40 years ago, they focus on delivering new build housing ranging from affordable to high quality sale products, but also deliver services in the education and commercial sectors. Due to continuing growth, they are now looking for a Senior Employer’s Agent to further enhance their current Project Management team.

As Senior Employer’s Agent, you will report directly into the Partner, contributing your experience to the team’s direction and developing your skills by using their industry leading training support (RICS, APM etc.) This is a great opportunity for a Senior Employer’s Agent or Project Manager to get involved in some lucrative projects ranging in value from £2 million to £150 million.

The key objectives of the role will include delivering a full range of employer’s Agent/Client Representative/ Project Management roles. Therefore, familiarity with current legislation, funding and reporting are essential for the role.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with a consultancy, with full technical ability and up to date knowledge. In addition, you will have wide experience in new building construction types and numeracy skills.
