Senior Cost Manager & Associate Director – City of London

Our client is a well-established firm of surveyors and project managers based in the City of London who have in recent years added the Quantity Surveying / Cost Management discipline to the business after recruiting an impressive QS Partner to grow and develop this team.

The team is currently lean but strong and constantly winning new work through external and existing leads. The QS Partner we are working with is now looking to add an intermediate / senior QS and an associate director to the team.

This is an opportunity to work in a truly client facing environment across the high end residential, mixed use, retail, commercial office sectors for private developers and funds and to be involved in the growth of a new department for a reputable firm.

The intermediate / senior will be tasked with project delivery and potentially managing junior staff, you will be dealing with clients regularly. The associates will be head of sectors / teams and tasked with business development.

Everyone within the firm is involved with client liaison and growing their own network while delivering interesting schemes and working with / learning from other industry professionals.

This role would suit individuals who want to progress quickly and be involved in more than just day to day quantity surveying but rather become a well-rounded QS and business person.

Bonuses of circa 20% are regularly paid. All in all, you will be rewarded for your hard-work and dedication.
