My client is looking to attract a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join its medium sized team based from its modern Brighton location.

You will be working for a well-known full-service UK firm covering Brighton and Hove in addition to the wider Sussex and South Coast portfolio as required.

The firm manages portfolios across a range of property sectors and the focus of this role is commercial property. As a senior position, candidates must be able to exhibit strong commercial property management experience.

You will offer the full range of management services, including day to day management, overseeing maintaining income levels on the portfolio (including provision of budgets, financial reports, year-end accounting services), offering advice on the Landlord and Tenant Act and overall responsibility for the client-based service level agreement provision of the portfolio.

Ideally MRICS or ASSOC RICS qualified, you will be responsible for an internal property managerr; have strong communication skills and significant market and technical expertise in order to deliver a market leading service.
