Due to continual growth this small Building Surveying Consultancy are looking to expand their team with a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor. For both of these positions the ideal candidate will need to be MRICS Qualified and have experience in Project Management and Contract Administration. Both of these roles are client facing so excellent communication skills are imperative
For the Chartered Building Surveyor position, you will need to have at least 2 years PQE and experience dealing with building maintenance and refurbishment projects within residential projects as this is the core workstream of this consultancy. Throughout your time in this role you will have the support and training to develop your skills to be an outstanding Building Surveyor within the high-end residential market.
Within the Senior role you will need to have at least 8 years PQE and alongside wokring knowledge of building maintenance and refurbishment you will need to be well versed in dealing with listed buildings, building pathology, and all aspects of professional building surveying. Once again, this role is focused around exclusive residential buildings.
