Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor

Location: Central London/South London

Salary: £47,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience).

Our client, a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy, is looking for a Senior Associate Building Surveyor to join one of their offices in Central and South East London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that have become a major integrated architectural, property and construction consultancy delivering a focused service to clients across the UK.

Established over 40 years ago, they focus on delivering new build housing ranging from affordable to high quality sale products, but also deliver services in the education and commercial sectors. This opportunity provides for the chance to get involved in some lucrative projects ranging in value from £2 million to £150 million.

Due to continuing growth, they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to further enhance their current Building Surveying team. As Senior Building Surveyor, your responsible for managing technical work and projects under the direction of a Senior Manager including working with in Architectural department and other in house discipline as necessary.

The Senior Building Surveyor will undertake a full range of professional services including structural surveys, building defects analysis, contract administration, development and construction monitoring of building projects.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with excellent technical ability and strong communication and management skills and up to date knowledge. In addition, you will have wide experience in new building construction types and numeracy skills.
