A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor for their Bristol or Wiltshire office.
The successful candidate will be joining one of the most profitable building surveying teams in the region which have successfully won a number of new instructions, where you will carry out a mixture of professional surveys and project-based work such as overseeing strip out and fit out of commercial space following lease ends.
You will be dealing with range of building surveying instructions on a variety of commercial properties including offices, retail and industrial. Clients are principally institutions (pension funds, insurance companies, etc) and property companies.
The ideal candidate will be a MRICS surveyor with at least two years PQE working within a commercial or construction practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior level candidate to establish themselves in the local market by working for an award winning practice and be part of their company growth.
