Working on behalf of prestigious top tier investor clients, this opportunity is a terrific chance to join a successful office where your core BS experience will be utilised (more on behalf the Landlord) to turn around offices and retail property re-fit at lease end as quickly as possible working closely with the client, assembled design team and management to minimise void periods.
Reporting into Associate level and working as part of a team towards team and individual fee expectations, our client has a culture of working together to provide a high quality service to ensure repeat business and wider recommendation and recognition.
