A top 10 international and leading property consultancy, which deals with all aspects of property advice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a MRICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor for their expanding team based in Cardiff.
We are seeking a candidate with ideally a minimum of 2 year’s post qualified experience to join this team. You will preferably have experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation. This position will involve a mix of portfolio, loan security/investment valuation work for a variety of commercial properties as well as some residential development sites and healthcare/alternative properties. The ideal candidate will already be an established RICS Registered Valuer. Candidates looking to relocate to South Wales will be strongly considered.
The mix of clients include specialist funds and investors as well as other leading corporate organisations and some private work. We invite applications from ambitious candidates to share in the success of a dynamic firm based in Cardiff. On offer is salary range of between £35,000 – £45,000 + Car + excellent benefits and bonus.
