SENIOR ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR LONDON

£62,000 – £65,000 plus Bonus plus Car Allowance plus Excellent Benefits Package

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading private practice and become a main point of contact for one of its top five, and largest clients. You will therefore join as a member of the senior team and be responsible for a key client from the day you arrive in the business.

The client is one of the World’s largest investment and fund managers and the firm handles virtually all their assets. This private practice enjoys a deep and close relationship with this highly profitable and dynamic organisation and therefore this is a pivotal position which offers the opportunity to join a firm in a senior position.

With an international portfolio, you will be responsible for London and the South East. The client has a significant central London portfolio and has a strong appetite to invest in further commercial office assets and you will work very closely with the company’s internal asset management team on these projects. You will also work closely with senior team members, who manage assets in other geographical areas, to deliver a one-stop solution to the funds real-estate property management needs.

You will be supported by a team of qualified and experienced surveyors who focus on delivering a leading service across the portfolio and your role will very much be an interface with the client – this is not a role concentrated on producing reports! This position is not to manage the status quo but to work hand in glove with client to deliver its strategic goals.

Candidates must have commercial property experience and it is highly likely the candidate will be MRICS. The personal characteristics of the successful individual will be ‘dynamic’ and ‘fast paced’ accompanied with strong communication skills to enable the person to succeed in a highly client facing position.
