A successful firm of chartered surveyors with an established local presence has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an additional Building Surveyor within their growing office. This company, established 10-years ago, pride themselves on their ‘family feel’ and non-corporate environment who specialise in the residential, commercial and public sectors but principally working within the education sector.
The successful candidate will be the ‘number 2’ in the office by assisting the director in driving the business forward. You will be managing the junior members of the team whilst having your own portfolio of clients which are mainly project based instructions up to the value of £1m. You will also play an integral part of the future growth of the company as they plan to open offices in Devon and London.
My client is looking for an established MRICS Associate or Senior Surveyor ideally from a consultancy background. Candidates will need to have the drive to make a difference and develop the office moving forward.
