Senior Retail Asset Manager, London
Basic Salary of up to £65,000 Base + Strong Package and Commission Structure
A dynamic Commercial Real Estate Company are currently recruiting an Asset Manager to join their expanding London team. Our client is looking to capitalise on their existing retail, leisure and entertainment assets by enhancing their value through the use of strategic AM initiatives.
The position will involve working within the commercial property market in a dynamic area of London advising on a number of complex developments.
Previous experience:
Landlord / tenant law knowledge, leasing, commercial/retail assets, rent reviews and renegotiation of terms. Preferred but not essential – listed building knowledge, financial modelling, development background, retail curation/tenant mix experience
The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified with at least 5+ years PQE. The candidate should also possess experience working within a strategic commercial asset management team.
