Sales Negotiator

Beach Baker has been instructed on behalf of a leading international real estate business to source for an experienced sales negotiator to join the company based in Bristol central.

The purpose of the role is to sell new build property to applicants for the Bristol residential development sales team. My client is the market leader for new build sales in the UK and has an impressive market share in Bristol. You would be joining a successful team, with a great culture and environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively market and promote properties for sale.
• Handle daily applicant email enquiries and calls
• Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers both in completed homes and on site.
• Have a strong knowledge of the new build schemes that the business is marketing and cross sell applicants.
• Follow sales through to exchange then completion and keep records up to date.
• Liaise with client and Sales Manager, providing progress reports as required.
• Maintain records on a daily basis, chasing applicants and archiving where necessary.
• Close liaison with the Sales Manager, reporting problems without delay, following reporting procedure as per briefing note and problem solving where required.
• Ensure good liaison with client at all times, keeping them updated on sales as required.
• Liaison with clients’ build, legal and sales departments as required.
• Maintain accurate sales brochures, price lists, specification lists and displays.
• Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner
• Give best advice to clients at all times in a professional and enthusiastic manner including valuing the property where appropriate and negotiating best possible price for the client.
