An outstanding opportunity within a leading Rural Practice in the South West for a Rural Surveyor to work across a portfolio of 3 estates for 1 institutional client.
Your role will be diverse but structured as you will be focused on 1 particular client giving you the opportunity to truly understand their business and work with them through periods of change.
The role will focus on the legal side of transactional work and mainly around succession where the client may need to sell assets whether they be cottages or land, buying out tenants, constructing deals, agency work and liaising with tenants and purchasers.
As part of a medium size, well established team, you will be supported well and also be given the opportunity to diversify your skills or role as your role progresses.
This is a great role for someone in Rural Surveying who wants a more hands on, single customer focused role where they can progress and develop as part of a leading team.
The successful candidate will be a qualified surveyor (MRICS) with demonstrable years of experience, they must have sound knowledge of agriculture and be credible when dealing with clients.
