We are pleased to be assisting a well-known medium sized private practice to recruit a retail investment agent to its successful west end team.
This friendly and successful firm offers a range of investment advisory services to its retail clients, whether this is for sale, funding or acquisition.
The firm offers bespoke services to individual clients, liaising with a range of the advisory disciplines with the firm.
Candidates will have a keen knowledge of London and South East markets and use this knowledge to understand asset values, marketing and enabling delivery of investment options by offering investment advice on investing in retail property,
Through acquisition, you will advise on asset selection, sourcing and due diligence.
We are seeking a unique individual in this market who is known as a leading force in the retail investment sector/market and my client is able to create a package and benefits structure which will be as unique as the individual they wish to attract and this will be generous and highly competitive.
