Retail Property Administrator

Beach Baker is currently working with a leading firm of chartered surveyors to recruit a client-focused Property Administrator / Technician to work primarily on one corporate account for a national high street retailer.

This role will work closely alongside Partners and other fee earners in the team to provide highly skilled property management administration on the account.

The Property Administrator will assist the team in the management of rent reviews, lease expiries and break options on the portfolio. Duties will include data management and reporting, processing payments and collection of rent, service charges & insurance, and liaising with landlords and tenants on all leasehold matters.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial property management support, with a good knowledge of service charges, lease documentation, and property reporting / finance. They should also have excellent communication and IT skills, with an eye for detail and commercial awareness.
