Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting Project Manager with extensive Retail experience to join a thriving team in Leeds. The firm is a leading architectural practice and you will be working on some very exciting and interesting projects from inception to completion.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with drive and ability. You will need excellent Microsoft Office & Project skills as well as ideally being proficient with AutoCAD. To be considered for this role you will have a relevant Building Surveying or Project Management degree with demonstrable retail build experience. My client will also consider applicants who have previous retail project management experience so long as you have relevant construction qualification. You will need to be a self-starter with good management skills and capable of working on your own initiative. Work is UK wide and you will be based from the office near Leeds.
There is a good sized team in the Leeds office and support is always offered to enable you to progress and further your career. The size of the schemes varies and include some very prestigious and high value Retail projects. Studying for APM or RICS full membership would be an advantage.
