Retail Management Surveyor – South West

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit for a Retail Property Management, on behalf of the Bristol office of a Private Practice. Based within their Management team this represents a good opportunity for a recently qualified Management Surveyor to manage retail assets within the South West, including a variety of Retail & Leisure Parks and Shopping Centres. The work will be on behalf of a number of Investors, Asset Managers and Funds and day to day responsibilities will include:

• Manage each asset effectively, dealing with day to day management issues
• Ensure the adherence to Leases
• Liase with internal and external consultants – Centre Managers, Leasing Agents etc
• Act effectively as the interface between tenant and client

It is anticipated the post holder will be MRICS qualified with management experience, preferably in retail but not essential. Candidates currently completing their APC will also be considered.
