Residential Valuation Surveyor – Bristol

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Residential Valuer, on behalf of an independent firm of Surveyors and Auctioneers in their Bristol office.

With a good reputation in Bristol and the wider South West market the firm are made up of; Surveyors, Auctioneers and Estate Agents, providing a professional service across both Residential and Commercial asset classes. Their Surveyors provide several different surveys, from home buyers reports and major defect surveys, to valuations and rent reviews.

Based in Bristol, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing valuation advice to a Private client base and carrying out a variety of Surveys where required. It is anticipated you will be a RICS Registered Valuer with at least 3 years’ experience within the industry, dealing with a range of residential assets.
