A successful privately-owned firm of independent chartered surveyors with an established regional presence has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an additional Chartered Residential Valuation Surveyor.
You will be required to undertake Mortgage Valuation work to support the UK’s leading lenders and will be a qualified (preferably 1 years+ post qualification) RICS Member and Registered Valuer and will carry out both private and panel based residential valuations, as well as Homebuyer Reports and preferably Building Condition Surveys.
We are looking to find an enthusiastic, personable, hardworking individual who is happy to work independently whilst operating as part of a team.
Being a multi-disciplined firm, work is attracted from plenty of avenues providing variety and the firm is on numerous bank panels.
