Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting for a well-established agency in Bristol. The firm are looking to continue to build upon their years of success, and as such, are looking to recruit for a Director of Residential Valuation.
Assets will be located in the South-West region with a few elsewhere up the M5. The agency is on all of the major bank panels, including NatWest and Barclays, and the candidate will be responsible for providing valuations and home buyer reports in accordance with the lender.
The candidate will have the capability to work within a tight-knit senior team and has the ability to lead change within the company, focused on success and ensures targets are frequently met.
On offer is a salary of £50,000 – £60,000, with OTE potential of even more. A car, or car allowance will also be offered, along with other benefits including profit share later on down the line.
