VALUATION SURVEYOR : RESIDENTIAL HOME BASED UK Wide
£45,000 – £55,000 + Car allowance & an excellent benefits package.
Beach Baker has been instructed by a highly established and respected private practice to help them recruit home-based MRICS Residential Survey Surveyors across the London and nationally to work across its extensive lender and client base.
We are seeking MRICS qualified Residential Surveyors with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience. The ideal candidate for this home based role will be a fully qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor and have experience in residential valuation working for a competing firm.
The valuation work includes Residential Survey, Home Buyer Reports and if possible Building Surveys for Blue Chip corporate lenders and private clients.
The company offers CPD input in addition to a supportive working environment with open and honest communication.
Travel to the head office will be expected from time to time and candidates will feel welcomed and part of a team even though this is a home based role.
The salary range on offer is between £40,000 – £55,000 + Car allowance & an excellent benefits package.
