The current portfolio has over thirty sites and consists of prime residential, shops and restaurants, offices and general mixed use schemes valued up to £50m with this position focusing on those valued between £1m and £5m.
These are all based in Central London and as the company have large financial backing, it means that the sites can be purchased quickly, without the need for a fund or investor.
My client are a small and ambitious company looking for a qualified individual with residential asset management experience, that can work on their own and as part of a team in line with the ethos and aspirations of this established family estate.
