Rent Review Surveyor / Associate level: Client Side London

Basic Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum + benefits package

Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this leading commercial property landlord to recruit a rent review surveyor to join a successful team.

You will have the opportunity to conduct rent reviews on a range of interesting and stylish offices and other assets, which will include retail/coffee shops through to high-tech industrial sites in and around London. You will work with many different assets and therefore the role is hugely interesting. Our clients’ tenants operate in a range of sectors from the newly formed technology companies to leading global operators – many of whom are long standing tenants of the property company.

You will conduct a review of these assets for this landlord, placing businesses in new premises in order to meet their strategic business needs.

You will provide expert professional advice, to include:-

Rent reviews and lease renewals

Outsourcing rent reviews/lease renewals as required/managing external surveyors

Preparing Heads of Terms and instructing the in-house/external lawyers

Updating property management systems

Candidates must have a proven track record in producing rent reviews – this is more important than having MRICS status. You will be IT competent and a highly motivated individual who has a real passion for property and a driving desire to work as a strong team player. This property company is open to a candidate’s PQE status, if the person comes with passion, motivation and drive for success.
