As Property Manager working for one of the UKs leading Hospitality organisations, you will be tasked with formulating the property strategy across a portfolio of over 200 assets. It is envisaged that 60% of your time will be spend field based and visiting clients.
The role will focus on 3 aspects, Property Management; including reducing business failures and upholding statutory compliance, Asset Management; monitoring the current condition of the stock and identifying improvements alongside strategic database and client management, Investment Management; Working with external consultants to deliver investment schemes in the area.
You will be dealing with a high volume of clients, the majority of which will not have specific property experience or knowledge and as such, you must consider yourself highly skilled in being able to communicate property specific information to non -property professionals.
You will probably be MRICS or CIOB qualified and have a demonstrable track record of a regional role where you are managing numerous assets. Hospitality, Retail, Housing Association or similar industries would probably be the right background.
The role will report into the Regional Property Manager and work alongside other property managers within their southern team.
